Our pre-press department is entirely Macintosh-based. Please supply files on one of the following Mac-formatted media:
- 100 MB Zip
- CD ROM
- DVD ROM
Files may also be sent via the internet as an e-mail attachment. E-mail us at prepress@albertbasse.com File attachments should adhere to the following protocol:
- Attachments should not exceed 3MB.
- If attachment is larger than 3MB use StuffIt Deluxe to create a self-extracting archive.
If you find it necessary to supply multiple attachments, please use one of the following options:
- Use StuffIt Deluxe to create a self extracting archive and attach the newly created archive to your email.
- Create a separate email for each attachment.
Please provide files which have been created in one of the following application versions (or earlier):
- QuarkXPress 6.0
- Adobe Illustrator CS
- Adobe Photoshop CS
- Macromedia Freehand MX
- Adobe PageMaker 6.5

Please include the following digital file information:
- Composite laser print (color if possible)
- Laser print separations
- Indicate all FPOs on laser proof
- Transparency artwork for FPOs
- All screen and printer fonts used to create document and support EPS file
- All support EPS and TIFF files, as well as the original documents from which the EPS file was created (i.e. QuarkXPress, Freehand)
- Version number of software used
- Directory of disk with the file to be output clearly indicated
